Immunizations
Immunization Clinics are regularly scheduled the 3rd Tuesday of each
month from 9am to 11:30am. Clinics are done on a "walk-in" basis,
no appointments needed.
*Important* Please bring your child's
immunization records! Fees are based on income with a maximum
of $5 per immunization.
No one is denied service due to an inability to pay. For

Well Child Clinic
Free clinic for children from birth- 18 years. To make an appointment
call KCDHCS at 373-5100 or 373-5116.
WIC Clinic & Coupons
For an appointment call KCHSD at 373-5002.
MIChild/Healthy Kids*
Health insurance for children under 19 of families at or below
200% of poverty (family of 4- $3067 monthly or below). Cost is
$5 per month. Application assistance available at PCC. For further

available at KCHSD.
Kalamazoo County Health Plan
For adults who have no health insurance and whose income falls
between 100%- 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. For further
information call KCDHCS at 373-5003.
Kalamazoo County 55+ Discount Prescription Program
For those who do not have prescription coverage. This program
is a benefit for Kalamazoo County Residents 55 or older to
help reduce the cost of prescriptions. Save money off regular
retail prices on many brand name drugs as well as on many
generic drugs. Applications are available at PCC.
Human Service Specialist
PCC hosts a weekly KCDHCS Human Service Specialist to assist
with Headstart, Weatherization, and other issues affecting
individuals and families living on low and/or fixed incomes.

Preschool Vision And Hearing Screening
PCC hosts Vision and Hearing Screenings during the summer
months by appointment. This screening meets the requirements
for school enrollment. Please call KCHSD for further information
